Code of Practice
Kingston Upon Thames
CIBSE, GSHPA and the HPA have published a code of practice for Surface Water Source Heat Pumps.
The Code of Practice, which has been produced by a steering committee with lead authorship from Nic Wincott and Jen Billings of the GSHPA was launched on 20 April 2016 aboard The Georgian beside Kingston Heights, Kingston Upon Thames.
Heat is extracted from the Thames to provide heating and cooling to the Kingston Heights development of a 142 bed hotel and 137 flats.

The speakers at the CP2 launch were well received by a knowledgeable audience who went on to tour the riverside plantroom for Kingston Heights and then enjoy a tour of the Thames up to Hampton Court and back.
