GSHPA is exhibiting at Ecobuild 2014   ExCel London
6 March 2014

The GSHPA was at Ecobuild on 4 to 6 March to explain how ground source energy can help you address the key issue of combating global warming in a practical way that is in tune with the natural environment.

ecobuild

Protecting and enhancing the environment sits at the heart of sustainability. With the growing awareness that the built environment accounts for nearly half of the UK’s CO2 emissions, innovative, green solutions for designing, constructing and using buildings are in urgent demand.

GSHPA members have also been asked to speak at the main seminar on ground source energy at Ecobuild:

Green Energy Seminar – Thursday 6 March 2014
12.30-14.00

Specifying ground source heat pumps

GSHP technology is one of the most advanced heating and cooling technologies available and because of this, commercial RHI rates have recently doubled and domestic RHI is about to be launched in Spring 2014. This will make GSHP technology the first heating option in a significant majority of buildings.

RHI will now drive the uptake of ground source energy and in this session, speakers will highlight the incentives available and explain how they can be used in a wide variety of buildings.

The speakers will cover case studies of successful GSHP projects at different scales.
